The central celebrations of the International Danube Day will be held in Belgrade, on Ada Huja resort, on June 30. The day will be observed in another 27 towns in Serbia as well. The project includes the Ministry of Agriculture, Trade and Water Management, the Serbian Water Management Office, the Coca Cola System and many governmental and non-governmental organizations. We wish to point to the significance the river Danube has for Serbia, as the Danube connects us economically with central Europe and the Black Sea and is very important for water supplies and energy potentials, said the director of the Serbian Water Management Office, Aleksandar Prodanović.
