Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic expressed regrets over the fact that a joint declaration of the South-East Europe Cooperation Process summit held in Belgrade was not adopted due to objections of an Albanian representative, although all member states are in agreement with the objectives outlined in the draft. At the joint press conference held with president of Montenegro and Macedonia, Filip Vujanovic and Djordje Ivanov respectively, Nikolic stated that this cast a shadow on otherwise very successful conference organized to satisfaction of all participants. Serbian President expressed hop that future summits will not end without joint declarations.
