The first phase of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue ended in seven agreements regulating important life segments and another phase will be opened upon formation of a new Serbian government, on which phase the begenning of EU accession talks depends, the head of the Belgrade team, Borislav Stefanović, said on the eve of the first anniversary of the talks. According to him, the second stage will be more complicated as delicate issues will be on the agenda, such as electric energy and telecommunication issues, but also the initiative of the Serbian president for a solution to the Kosovo issue. Although a series of delicate issues have been opened and even resolved in the rounds so far, the one who continues with the process is to face a possibility of the dialogue turning into a political one and thus finally regulating the Belgrade-Pristina relations, with respect for the national interests, Constitutions and other laws of the state of Serbia, emphasized Stefanović.
